The result of a partnership between Jean-Louis Costes and Liaigre, restaurant La Société is as discreet as it is sought-after. Located at the Place Saint-Germain-des-Prés across from a church of the same name, La Société embodies the cultivated, refined, cosmopolitan spirit of the neighborhood, which was once the epicenter of publishing and literature.
